Dear Erasmus+ Faculty/Department Coordinators,
Within the framework of the Erasmus 2021-2027 period, inter-institutional agreements can now be established digitally via the Erasmus Dashboard platform. Department coordinators who wish to establish a bilateral agreement may watch the introductory video for guidance.

After contacting the desired institution, joint departments and agreement terms are determined through the Dashboard using the relevant higher education institution’s PIC number. Once mutual digital signatures are completed, the agreement is finalized.
The signature of Erasmus+ Department Coordinators is required for students entitled to Erasmus+ Mobility to complete their "Learning Agreement" processes. Under the new system implemented by the EU, bilateral agreements will be managed through the ’Erasmus Dashboard’ platform, and the entire Learning Agreement process, including signatures, will be conducted via the ’Online Learning Agreement’ (OLA) system.
For more detailed information, you may refer to the “OLA for Newcomers” webinar.
In this regard, our Coordination Office has created your system profiles. We believe the information document prepared below will guide you through the upcoming process. We wish you success in your work.
