What is Mevlana Exchange Programme?

Mevlana Exchange Programme is a programme which aims the exchange of students and academic staff between the Turkish higher education institutions and higher education institutions of other countries. With the regulation published in the Official Gazette no. 28034 on August 23, 2011, the exchange of students and academic staff between higher education institutions abroad and higher education institutions in our country has been enabled.

Students who wish to participate in the exchange programme can benefit from the programme for a minimum of one and a maximum of two semesters of education; academic staff can benefit from the programme to give lectures at higher education institutions around the world for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 3 months. Similarly, students and academic staff from all regions of the world can come to higher education institutions in Türkiye within the scope of the programme and participate in education and training activities.
