Our Administrative Duties

 DUTIES TO BE EXECUTED UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE AFFAIRS:   

1 -To prepare the budget of our presidency and follow it in the year,

2 -To keep the accounting records of the presidency and report the year-end accounts,

3 -Conducting purchases, carrying out other work and operations given to them by law numbered 5018, other relevant laws, statutes, regulations and directives and the duties of the Directorate of Information,

4 -To make material/service purchases in accordance with the demand from our departments.To pursue maintenance repair and licensing procedures, 

5 -Organizing the unit archive and destroying expired documents, ensuring the delivery of necessary documents to the institution and State archives.Our Presidency is to deliver the produced documents to the relevant places,

6 -Writing and filing presidential scriptors. To follow the incoming and outgoing documents.
